I'm thinking the doctors nurse said he uses olive oil as a filler?

If he gives you a script for Transdermal LDN, then it would be made with Emu Oil, so that might make sense.

InSoFla - is the sucrose filler for the transdermal cream or oral? The email I received back from my pharmacist when I asked for the sucrose filler in the cream is below:

Sorry to say that does not make sense..any chance you have the article …sounds more like an oral dosage filler. Where we can use lactose as the filler, but if someone is sensitive to that we would use something else, like magnesium glycinate…specifically for the oral dose.

If used topically I would recommend lipoderm as the transdermal base of choice.

Bearjohnson - I know it was a while ago when you started 6mp but do you remember how long it took to start working once you were in the right dose?

I was one of the few cases so I'm told that for me I noticed a difference within the first 3 weeks or so to the point where I was able to feel good about the fact that it did seem to be working and their was hope.   I finally settled in at 75mg and the Dr. told me that I can increase it if I felt the need because all of the studies he knew about never were really based on 75mg.  I was taking 1 1/2 pills and had to break one pill in half each night and he was more inclined to have me just take 2.  Also I always took mine at night before bed along with 2 sulfasalizine.  I was also told that the 6mp generally works from the bottom up.

Just out of curiosity...Have you ever tried Bosweillia?  I've just started taking that and this stuff called AMP Floracel. 

So currently I'm on 6 Sulfasalizine, Bosweillia, Amp Floracel and VSL#3DS.  I just started the AMP 3 Days ago so it is too soon to tell.  But the Boswellia seems to help. 

I really don't know of anyone on the AMP so I have no idea if works or not.  All of the information I've read on it seems to make sense but it's too early for me to say if it's worth it or not.
