It's possible that as your gut starts to heal, absorption gets better, so maybe the oral LDN is the way for you to stay, no? However whatever you do, just keep doing it, as it's working!
Couldn't agree more. There is little reason to switch to the transdermal, Hopeful, if the oral is working so well.
The oral is doing incredibly for me. I'm on day 15 now, and yesterday I only had 4 BMs beyond the normal morning yesterday (shooting for zero after the morning; that's my goal). When I started I was having 6-10 beyond. 4 is the lowest number I've seen in a long, long time. Transdermal never got me that far, let alone as quickly as two weeks.
It seems that oral vs. transdermal is a highly individual thing, just like everything else with this darned disease (i.e. diet). If one works for you, there's absolutely no reason to risk trying the other.
I hope others read this who didn't have success with the transdermal and try the oral. The same vice versa (tried oral without success and will try transdermal).
Gonna have to update my sig soon here. I'm hardly taking any psyllium seed or VSL. They may not be necessary given the impact oral LDN is having. Pretty incredible
