I DON'T have any chocolate, no pastries, no dairy, no licorice,
sugar isn't a problem for me
I lean towards gluten free, but not 100%
notsosicklygirl said...I eat everything. With those restrictions, it's tough. Fruit is always a good sweet. As are gummies (they have pure cane sugar ones at whole foods). You could possibly try an apple tart or piece of apple pie? I love banana nut bread and muffins, blueberry too.
I tried the banana ice cream with the champion blender I've had for years, it came out great.
But I don't tolerate bananas well, and I was pretty sick from it. But it did taste like ice cream.
I never heard fo cashewtopia. How much does it cost for a pint at whole foods?
I would definitely be interested in trying it out....
Thanks.
Let me know how it works out for you.
I'll give it a try when I have some time.
I recently discovered a product called Blessing's Kale Chips (cheesy flavored) - they are all organic, no gluten, no wheat, no dairy, etc... and ARE DELICIOUS and also addictive!
Anyone heard of them?
You could check Whole Foods.
But I get mine from: http://www.therawfoodworld.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=0&products_id=1001948
They come in 3 flavors, and I've only tried the "cheesy" ones - they are soooo good.
Let me know where you find them.
Thanks. Can you share the exact recipe? Do you need a food dehydrator too?
