zinov,
Even though you may only see 1 doctor in the link who may be listed as a LDN prescribing doctor, there are others - Holistic ones - who will often prescribe it as well.
And especially if you print out the Dr. Jill Smith studies:
Here's the Penn State research done by Dr. Jill Smith with LDN and Crohns Patients.

I know LDN has worked for many UCers (I am one of them) and Crohns patients, so yes, I do believe it can put you in remission. The great thing about LDN is that you can actually use it while taking other medications. The only contra-indications are: alcohol and opiod use because they prevent the LDN from working. You have to do your research and due diligence on it. I'm not sure which diet, if any, you might be on. But I will tell you that LDN works best with the SCD diet (specific carbohydrate diet). My theory is that the non-SCD diet irritates and inflames the colon even more, and so if you are on the SCD diet it enables the LDN to heal your colon without having irritants.
No, LDN is not a holistic drug, it's been around since the 1980's - and is quite safe, with very few side effects (some sleep disturbances initially which goes away).
Here is more information on LDN for you:
LDN - low dose naltrexone is very cheap - it costs around $25-30 a month (for pills or the transdermal cream). Gastro doctors usually don't prescribe it because they say "it isn't the standard of care". My gastro refused to prescribe it, so I found a local osteopath who did. I did ALOT of research, and the bottom line is: it works!
Once you get the script for it, you'll need to get it from a compounding pharmacy, who'll make it up for you, and ship it to you. The best compounding pharmacy in the country for LDN is Skip's Pharmacy in Boca Raton, FL.
They ship all over the world - they have 20,000 patients with various conditions on LDN. That's where I get my transdermal LDN. If you contact them, they'll tell you who locally to you will prescribe it to you.
You can reach them at: 800-553-7429. I would suggest you contact Skip's pharmacy (even via email) and see if they can help you find a prescribing doctor in Israel, no?
