Are you supposed to take lialda all at once?

Geez I feel a bit dumb for not asking the doc this a few days ago, but I'm wondering - Are you supposed to take all your lialda tablets together? My Rx says to take 3 lialda tabs a day. I've been taking 1 tablet 3 times a day, but I wonder if I'm supposed to be taking them all at once in the morning with my prednisone or something? Reading through the lialda pamphlet that comes in the samples, that says to take them all at once.

Anyone know? Does it make a big difference if I'm splitting the dose up throughout the day?

I take 2x Lialda twice a day (morning and night) and that generally works out for me.

I take 4/day and doc told me to spread them out. Interesting that the pamphlet says take them all at once... maybe I'll try the all-at-once approach (since I don't think it's been doing anything for me anyway, same for when I was on 4800mg Asacol).

I take 3 Lialda per day in the morning with my breakfast. Love that stuff. It's working great and zero side effects. I was told by my Dr to take them all at once.

I take my 2 at the same time in the morning.

I take 4 all at once after a meal. It has been a great drug for me.

I used to take 2 a day, one in the morning and one at night. I now take only one a day, which I take in the evening.

I actually did that with my Apriso when I started on it, Taking one pill, four times a day, until I read the bottle more carefully and realized that it meant four pills all at once. I felt dumb after I realized that...
Right now, I'm taking two Lialda, in the morning.

When I took 4 in the morning, I would get pain in the afternoon, now I do 2 in the AM and 2 more later on. Though today I've only taken 3, going to try and "cut back"....
