Thank you for turning me onto cashewtopia gelato. I had some yesterday - chocolate flavoured - no dairy, no gluten - and it is absolutely DIVINE!

ahh insofla, that's so great!!! isn't it the most decadent tasting ice cream??? i've tried pistachio, chocolate hazelnut, and cherry. i really wanna try the vanilla bean but it's always out when i go to the store.

insofla, i'm doing pretty well. i went out dancing in the park today. it was so warm and sunny out. i love days where i just feel so good and nothing can get me down.

are you doing okay??
