For me, oatmeal would give me tons of gasssssssss, so I would never choose to eat it for breakfast.
Add raisins and I'd not be functioning after a few hours.
Maybe you could try to seek a more benign food intake, not any of the green drink and see if some of your symptoms improve.
Then gradually add things to see if you have any change in comfort level or stool consistency.
Your inflammation still has to be dealt with by medication, however. But remember that a healing gut will just hurry foods out and possibly cause you more discomfort, especially if you have more cramping , etc.
But...if you don't have any of the symptoms such as that...then continue what you're consuming. Look into the IBD diet book or the SCD that others refer to and use.
May people can confuse food symptoms with IBD, but if one has IBS as well..it's a frustrating process to find a balance.
