I made my own turkey broth for my C-scope in October. One of the grocery stores in my area has turkey wings for sale at a very reasonable price. So I threw them in a pot along with some salt and pepper as well as large chunks of onion, celery, and carrot (for added flavor) and enough water to cover it all. Then I let it simmer for a few hours, strained it, then let it cool so the fat would rise to the top so I could skim it off. It tasted a LOT better than anything from the store.
