hi Rpgdancer. Stress is obviously one of the main triggers. And in fact, I started having problems during a period of huge stress and pressures. You are a too young and promising person to ruin things because of that. I personally succeeded, working on myself, and as much as I was skeptical about it, found greatest benefits from practicing meditation and tai chi. It is not something that you can do overnight, and not do that because you want to "see results", but It worked with me. It changed me a lot, and although still a very beginner, I feel like I know now, that I am on the right path, to find some, and I repeat, some peace. Then the results in terms of less UC, are just collaterals. Sorry didn't mean to bother or trying to convince about anything, just report my experience and try to help
