Suprep, Colonoscopy?

SO I was diagnosed with UC in June of this year after a colonoscopy, my GI put me on Lialda 4x a day just around Thanksgiving after someone else originally misdiagnosed me with proctitis. I've had a lack of appetite and last week after an endoscopy it was found that I had a number of ulcers in my stomach which made eating incredibly painful (Idk if that is relevant or not). Well I have a second colonoscopy tomorrow to see if the Lialda is working and was given Suprep to prep for it.

I drank the first bottle with water as instructed but right around the time it kicked in I threw it all up. I usually don't throw up so this must really not have sit well with my stomach (it tastes atrocious). 4 hours past and I went to take the second bottle as directed. 3/4 of the way through drinking it I had to sudden urge to vomit and proceeded to do so. That second bottle was only in my stomach for maybe a minute or two so i'm not sure if it will even kick in.

I'm worried that I won't be clean for my colonoscopy as a result and will have to repeat the process again. Does anyone have any insight into this? I'd really, really not have to go through this cleanse all over again because I couldn't hold down that disgusting liquid.

I should have clarified, I got a new GI who wants to assess the damages for himself.
