somedude and max,
Wow, your negativity is palpable!
Why negate someone's success story? Just because it doesn't fit into your little box?
I have changed my diet and done supplements too and it has put me into remission.
I did it because I am keenly aware that continued inflammation means eventual colon removal, and to me, that's not a good option.
I don't believe "living normally" is made up of taking all sorts of heavy duty, expensive $$ drugs, with tons of side effects - which eventually stop working and then you're given a choice of living with a "bag".
Preferring a red car to a black car, is VERY different than making life choices that would promote/prevent your colon's removal.
How about showing some restraint and perhaps even some respect, for someone who's suffered a great deal and found a way to go into remission which doesn't include Big Pharma?
