Yes I also have eliminated foods, I am caffeine free, dairy free especially cheese but use a little margerine, red meat and pork free, deli meats free, condiments free, juice free apart form either carrot or spiralina, ginger and honey liquid jelly tea from a chinese shop is good for your bowel, sugar free, shell fish free, microwave free, no tinned or canned fish, vegetables or fruit. I use filtered water, fresh organic where possible fruit and veg, chicken, turkey and fish. Drink alot of Rice milk and use some supplements a naturopath put me on to help with rejuvenating the bowel. Make my own Tahini or guacamouli for a treat. I am also medication free and in remission.
Good luck I think if it works for you do it, you know your body better thatn anybody else.
