Hi,
Just came here to swing by... it's been a while...
I have been getting grass fed raw goat/cow milk, grass fed meats and it's expensive($17 a gallon) delivered from upstate Amish towns right at my door in NYC and I think it's helping me stay in remission longer. Dont wanna jinx it but I think it's helping. I drink about
1.5 - 2 gallons of raw goat/cow milk every week.
I found out that so MANY people get it this way or actually go to the farm during the milking hours with a few gallon sized bottles. Only about
2 hours away so... P.s. these farms are certified.
Grass fed beef patties + grass fed cheese + flourless sprouted bread + organic veges = yumm
Remember, if it's pasteurized then it lost all its enzymes, probiotics and vitamins. Must be raw or it's going to taste like crap(IMO). I used to get Meyenberg's goat milk from the whole foods market but it's pasteurized and tastes pretty bad.
Raw goat milk tastes just like cow's milk, maybe creamier. And goat's milk doesn't need to be homogenized.
Studies have shown that babies digest goat milk within 20 minutes. But the cow's milk doesn't get digested fully for hoursss. Goat's milk resembles human breast milk in every aspect, scientifically speaking, so if you don't have problems digesting it then drink up!
Google goat milk's benefits, it should help you understand.
