How 'fresh' are you off the flare? Are you still tapering your prednisone from 60mg? How many BMs a day? I cut out dairy recently and saw a major difference. Almond milk is my new friend. It comes in vanilla & chocolate.
Also, if you get tired of chicken try roasted salmon. Take a salmon fillet and rub with salt, pepper, olive oil & some mustard. Sit for 5 minutes. Broil for 10 minutes. Cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes. Very tender and delish and works well for lunch the next day hot or cold. No fishy smell in the kitchen and has lots of Omega 3s.
