I am a terrible cook so I loved canned sardines as well as canned tuna and salmon. Campbell's and Progresso make great soup that I sometimes mixed with cooked barley. Except a few years ago I heard about
Bisphenol A (BPA). The EU and Canada banned it from baby bottles but it is still in all canned food.
Luckily I now have a girlfriend who loves to cook so there is no longer a need for canned food anymore. If enough people look up BPA then I am sure there will be pressure on the food companies to remove it. That is why the food companies are also lobbying hard to prevent labelling of GMO foods. They don't want any pressure from the public.
