Grew up in England; now living in ON, Canada.
I thought in Canada there's only 2 seasons; winter and road construction season.......If it ain't snowing they're fixing the roads!

Edbar...yes, that is the standard saying as well..lol.

What I notice is lots of road construction, but NOT many workers. and bad sign markers stating what's ahead, what lanes are blocked, etc...not until a few metres from the barricaded/ blocked lanes...grrrrr.

Your spelling is just right! Tralee is in co Kerry its in the south west of Ireland
I spend a lot of time in cork I have family there

its always something and bikersgirl: wow i just had a memory flash. Back in the 90's I visted Ireland with my best friend who has family there, and during our stay we went to Tralee to the Rose of Tralee festival or parade or something.  I remember this was a very big deal in Tralee :) I love Ireland.

It would be interesting to see a geographic chart with where the most cases of UC are at.  Seems like alot of people from NY, Canada and Ireland have posted where they live.
