Has anyone tried taking any of these supplements they offer which include Valerian and Melatonin as a base for their products? Since November which is when I started to get sick I have not slept more than 4 hours until waking then like 1 hour at a time for the next 3 hours. Totaling an average of waking 4 times a night I am begining to think I need something to help me stay asleep. I do most of the time feel rested when I do wake up which is about
5:30 and then lay there till 7am.
I am mostly concerned with what I am taking at the this time for medication which is asacol. My signature is below.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Asacol seems to work but for how long.
Diet consists of mostly an organic Paleo with some good organic natural cheese, Milk, eggs and yogurt. Rice and small amounts of pasta also.
Alot of potatoes but never chips or french fries and most importantly I never consume unfiltered tap water but instead good bottled electrolyte water.
I cook with filtered tap water and add real sea salt for magnesium.
Alcohol: Never wine or beerbut can handle Vodka and seltzer and or Tonic. Limiting myself to no more than 2 drinks at this time once a week at most.
Thoeries:
The possibility the lack of Vitamin D which is lack of esposure to sun may cause this or exascerbate it.
I beleive the issue is an inbalance of good/bad bacteria for whatever reason in our guts allowing this to happen.
I also beleive this Fecal transplant thing has has alot of validity to it.
