Headaches/head pain

Yes I do occasionally, I also get severe headaches from the back of head for short periods, maybe three days. 1g paracetamol clears it. I get the odd stabbings pains too, dunno what they are.

Another weird thing I get is like spasms that jerk my body, I have no control of them I just have to just let them pass, but they do hurt, some times they are from my lower back right up my spine sometimes from my neck, the worst are from my chest, (very scary).

I don't know what causes all this but I blame the medication every time rather than UC, but I'm no doc. My blood pressure is high too even with my usual medication, I am around 190/100. I told my doc and he gave me more of my usual bp tabs, most odd.

What a weird disease we have hey?

Google "ice pick headaches." If this sounds like what you have, I get this sometimes. I believe it is due to the vertebrae in my cervical spine going out due to some type of arthralgia, or connective tissue autoimmune disease - but here's the thing - this is 95% cured since I went gluten free!
