Today's update;
No blood, ate more cashew nuts again yesterday which makes my stool really soft. Even if there was a tiny amount of blood somewhere in there, there is no way I could see it with the stool being this soft. It does kind of feel like softer stool seems to make healing easier for my colon, not sure why maybe just the fact that I always seen no or basically no blood when having softer stools. Maybe it's just a psychological effect. I am not intending to stop munching cashews tho because they are definately not making me worse.
Got another little obstacle that came up yesterday; our 1 year old baby just got sick from stomach flu (picked it up at kindergarten where it's spreading at the mo) so not sure how I will manage the FTs at this stage or if it's even a good idea while we have flu floating around in our house.
