Yes, I can eat fruit IN MODERATION.
The fact that you ate a ton might be the problem. Also, the skins from the grapes might not be "breaking down" in the digestive process.
Mostly, I eat bananas, strawberries (a few at a time), blueberries and, once in a while, an apple.
Also eat pineapple but avoid oranges and other citrus with a lot of "strings" and pulp. Can eat grapefruit but careful to eat just the fruit, not the skin and strings.
Using a juicer/blender to make smoothies may help with some of the above.
You do not mention taking probiotics. Would likely help in the digestive process.
