I juice about
once a week because I want the good stuff in veggies but my colon does not like too much fiber.
Juice is powerful stuff so start with a little and move up as you are able.
When I am in a larger city with a juice bar I notice they add some water in theirs so it's not 100% juice. At home I will use seltzer (salt-free) instead of water, put a straw in it and pretend it's a cocktail
Just don't go too sugary with too much fruit, carrots are sweet too.
