It's normal with anyone if it's high fibre type food or one that will quicken the digestive tract.
If you're flaring, however, you will have stool move through quicker...that will result in less water being absorbed and you will see the actual products (food pieces that are not normally broken down) not being compacted.
I, personally, never worry about
it.....just figure out the why.
What's also interesting with seeing the food pieces in the toilet...it's a testament to how NOT well we chew! lol.
