aguywithuc, how is that you're having remission? Tell us please. Thank you. Any RX you're taking?
Well according to the Doctors it will strike when it wants to and I am just being lucky right now.
Here is what I have settled on, as each change showed improvement I dropped sulfasalazine, then lots of non-meds that were suspected of not helping. ( Generally only foods you could get 500 years ago with various exceptions and exclusions ).
Drinking lots of water
- Pure water with Ultima powdered electrolytes + some trace minerals
- No coffee
- No soda etc
- No juice either
- Coconut water, cheapest tall cans available
Each morning I have turmeric, powder capsule or Turmeric force liquid or both.
- Eggs for breakfast, usually boiled in advance for speed during the week
- Enteric coated protein with 7 Grams of L-Glutamine 1-3 servings per day
- Pure Protein vegetable source + algae
- Chicken, or Steak, or Salmon
- Spinach
- Apple pectin pills
- Unique bread 'Harvest seeded' has sunflower, pumpkin, oats - its not whitebread
- Chobani Yogurt
- No candy no chocolate
- Biotin and Folic Acid for thick hair
Usually can eat about
anything, get a touch of food poison or bad reaction and I tighten up and stop trouble in its tracks
( Salmon, Filet Mignon, butter and eggs, Protein powders, Psyllium products, spinach and plenty more water, VSL#3DS if its more than a day )
Cheats : Lots of stimulant powder drinks for pre-workout and analytical computer tasks, my gut does not like them if I feel things are worsening out they go for a few days.
Sleep with 5-htp or Relaxall, sometimes GABA and DMAE, got a new flavored one from the workout store that has a lot of GABA in it. Arginine-Ethyl-Ester if I feel tension.
