and it all started with mouth ulcers....

The week before last, my mouth broke out with about 5 ulcers.  Didn't think much about it except that they were painfully annoying. 

Last week, gas, bloating, and mucus. 

This week, blood.

Today, sat holding 40 mg of Prednisone with tears in my eyes dreading swallowing the stuff.  Struggled with the decision to start it back, but I do like to eat food and not feel pain. 

I feel like a junkie.

Thanks.  I hate to be so down when everybody on here feels as bad and most worse than I do. 

What's the link between mouth ulcers and a flare?

I had severe mouth ulcers with my crohn's, I finally combatted them with taking a good probiotic daily and indefintely...have not had a single mouth sore since...6ish yrs now.
