finding a donor for FT- infectious risk and screening

I live alone (no household members), and don't have anyone, amongst my relatives and friends, who is very healthy, that I can trust for fecal donation.   There is an infectious risk of being infected with other pathogens from the donor (pathogenic bacteria, protozoa, viruses, fungi, prions).   Here are some reasons why the infectious risk is an important issue: * Lots of microorganisms, including pathogenic ones, are not known and defined yet by science * Current lab technology can't detect all pathogens (e.g. prions) * Lab tests can be not sensitive enough, so microorganisms escape below their detection level * Lab tests can't identify early stages * Lab tests can't identify window-period infections (e.g. viruses only show up in time windows, and not all the time, as in latent phase) * Serology tests can be negative, only because the person's immune system doesn't produce enough      antibodies against the pathogen being tested.   So more expensive tests are needed (PCR and other sequencing analyses in blood and feces) * There are many false negatives in tests * A donor may appear healthy, but he is an asymptomatic carrier     I am looking for a place that has a kind of 'donors’ bank', where the volunteers recruited are: *   Supremely healthy *   Subjected to extensive latest screening   *   Donor microbiome is analyzed prior to use for fecal installation   *   Subjected to very thorough anamnesis *   There is verification that the donor is a reliable person, so his report on his health and habits, can be trusted.  

I'm not from USA. I'm from israel.

But if they have a very thoroughly screened donors, I might fly to there.

Although I wish it was in Europe, which is much easier to me than USA.

 

Because finding a very screened donor, is very difficult and very expensive to do all the tests.
