Fruits and veggies have lots of fibre and water. What else are you eating?
Are you taking fibre supplements?
Depends on what and how much I eat as well...sometimes I'll have two bms about
a half hour apart (so in effect it's one, but the complete download hasn't happened at one time)...
Fruits and veggies will also quicken the digestive tract a bit...so I would expect that is in part what's going on.
The fact that you're not on any rectal meds for maintenance is a bit concerning considering you have limited UC.
How urgent are your bms....like NOW or that you get inklings, then the urge, then can hold a bit, then eventually it's NOW ?
Did you recently go through a phase of constipation and then the more often bms happened?
