gavin92,
I've read some amazing anecdotal stories about how it's helped people with UC, Crohn's, and especially Autistic kids too. DId you know that there's a huge correlation between IBD and autistic kids? I found that fascinating.
Anyway, to answer your question: even though I was in remission with the LDN, I found my diet to be very restrictive still: only proteins.
What camel milk did for me was to enable me tolerate a wide range of foods without problems. I've read studies on how kids with food allergies are cured of them once they've completed their camel milk treatment (over many, many months).
I would certainly highly recommend camel milk to anyone, and especially if they are on LDN and still not able to expand their diet enough as I did. However, many folks have had success with LDN putting them in full remission and being able to enjoy a full range of foods without any issues, unfortunately I was not one of them.
