You are going down a similar path as me. I have confined my path currently to being histamine intolerant. Many of the foods you mentioned are high in histamines. Please google histamine intolerance and low histamine diets and you will find a bunch of info. This is all kind of related to the yeast, leaky gut, and other things you mentioned. Many IBD'rs have been proven to have lower levels of the enzyme diamine oxidase, which breaks down histamines in the body. Several foods are high in histamines and if you have more histamines in your body than you do diamine oxidase enzymes you effectively have an overdose of histamine, causing inflammation almost anywhere in your body, including the intestines. I have recently ordered the diamine oxidase enzyme as a supplement and plan on taking it with meals. It hasn't arrived yet.
