curascript (part of express scripts)

Am I the only person that has trouble with this company? I use them for my Humira prescription. I have had nothing but problems already (and I've only had one delivery!). They keep messing up my prescription and they never let me know there's a problem. about 1.5 weeks ago, I called to get my prescription refilled. Upon entering the RX number, I was told that I had no refills. I decided to deal with it later. A couple of hours later I get an automatic phone call telling me that it's time to refill my prescription. I finally get an operator and - oh, they needed clarification from the doctor regrading the administration method the administration method (syringe or pen). I had already received a packet of pen for my introductory doses! So, instead of contacting my doctor three weeks ago when they knew the problem, they waited to contact the doctor. So I call back the next day to ensure they received the prescription....the nurse from my Dr.'s office had called in the script and they told her it would be in the maintenance section. They couldn't find it. Finally the lady on the phone they agreed to send me a month's supply. I asked if it could be 90 days. They said that was fine. I was supposed to receive my delivery today. It's 6:30 and last time it arrive at 4:30. So I called them today. There was a hold on my account. Did I know about this? No, I had to call and find out. It turns out that they needed an "ok" from my doctor to fill 90 days and she hadn't gotten back to them yet. I thought the original "fine" really meant "it will actually arrive on time"

I'm supposed to give myself the shot tomorrow. It's now being delivered tomorrow (supposedly). I've been on the phone with them FIVE TIMES. Has anyone else had bad experiences with them? I'm wondering if I'm going to have to deal with this each and every time.

I'm having some issues w/ Express scripts too. My insurance makes me use them for any long term meds. They randomly sent me a pack of birth control pills that I had not refilled and were not on autofill. It took several phone calls for them to get it straightened out. Not to mention I wasn't getting stuck w/ the bill they sent me for the bc pills.

Ugh, sorry others have problems too. I wonder if I can switch suppliers - guess I have to check with the insurance company.

UGGGGh. I'm glad I haven't let them talk me into this BS. I get my refills monthly at my pharmacy. They keep on trying to talk me into using their mail service for a 3 month supply and I keep turning them down. Glad I have now.

I was allowed 3 refills on my Lialda- which was very cheap w/ their discount card, but then they forced me to go with them by making it much more expensive to use my local pharmacy.

Both my local pharms advertise that they're part of Medco :(

Good news recently tho- since the merger, my Lialda is less than 1/2 what it was prior.

As long as I computer order way ahead of time, I've had no complaints with them. I pay nothing for my BP meds or my Prilosec- including shipping.
