Anything with ginger. Ginger beer non alcoholic of course, ginger pills, ginger tea, ginger snaps( biscuits) always help me with a pot of fresh tea. But ginger is great. And if you like curries you can use tumeric powder in you food. It helps settle inflammation as well as settle the stomach.

I have used anti-nausea medication (prescript
ion). There is more than one type so if the one you have isn't working and you are willing to take prescript
ions, ask your doctor for a different type to try.

Also, try to take it right before you go to sleep. Although that didn't work for me because the nausea just woke me up.

My GI said there is a thing called ginger Gravol and it's made of ginger and she said that would help. I haven't tried it yet because I'm doing pretty job with the medication she prescribed: Panatloc.

I agree with the above. I take ginger altoids (hard to find), and ginger root supplements when I am nauseaus.

Nap time helps. When I had this problem I took it in the morning then had an hour train ride to Universitt where I had a short nap haha it helped :)
