Help with a question,
Colitus is out of remission still while on Remicade ,
A lot of times when I have urgency and cramping when I go its just a clear liquid ,that seems to be the pattern this time.
Anyone run into this, also have some constipation this time what the heck. I have had this stuff 15 years, this time it's different than any other time it's been out of remission.

Usually, the type of symptoms one has while flaring can differ depending on where the extent of the inflammation is or how much inflammation there is at that given time.
If you've already gone through a period of constipation and progressed to this point, the inflammation has increased upward.
Do you have any rectal meds at this point? if not, I urge you to start them.
ARe you on any oral 5ASA meds?
What other supplements are you taking?

The only other thing I am on is 2 800 mg of asacol a day.
I am on my second infusion of Remicade also,
Hopefully the Remicade will kick in after the final start of it.

You could ask for rectal meds to hopefully help ease some of your symptoms...until the remi kicks in.
Don't wait too long....
What's the extent of your UC...throughout or limited?

Good question,
But I think it's throughout.
I go to the doctor today I definitely need some help, I been fighting with it for the last Three months or more, really sick of it and it has me worn out.
