Mouth ulcers

I have been getting fairly bad mouth ulcers over the past 2 years. Usually they don't go along with flares, but I did get several 2 weeks before my last severe pancolitis flare a month ago. When I got them before, I would get Triancinolone lollypops that my dr ordered from a compounding pharmacy. They numbed them so I could try to eat.

A couple days ago I started developing mouth ulcers as well. Pre-UC I would have one a time, but now I have three! They really are painful especially when eating. I'm wondering if it has to do with stress or a sandwich I had (currently suspecting gluten to be a source of some of my symptoms).

I think stress does play a part as well. This is the first time I've noticed them in the 6years I've had proctitis. I've just learnt my condition is permanent so stressed is an under statement.
