I don't want to poo-poo your results because SCD does have benefits to some - but - don't ignore the possibility that your UC is better because you have been losing weight, thereby taking in less calories so the amount of BM's could be less as well. I'm just saying that because I have been there and done that, not with SCD, but have taken several different supplements while coincidently losing weight at the same time, thinking that the supplements must be working, only to find out then when I started eating more and gaining weight, all of a sudden the supplements weren't working anymore. I'm not saying that's what's happening to you but it is a possibility.
