Smell of Lialda-Mezavant ??????????

I notice the smell of Lialda is skunk-like , terrible smell. I ordered the Canadian version "Mezavant" it does not smell at all. Does anyone have any thoughts on this ????? Thanks.

been on mezavant for a few years, never noticed any smell to the caplets

I have been on Lialda for years. Never once did they smell

I have taken mezavant for the last year and yes they do have a horrible smell.

My Lialda smells/tastes horrible, skunk-like is a good way to describe it. Every now and then a pill doesn't go down on first swallow, awful taste.

I have brand name US Lialda and it does not smell. It doesn't taste either. The pills are coated.

The Lialda samples that I get from my Dr smell horribly of skunk. The regular prescription from the pharmacy does not.

I agree with Eil-the Lialda samples I get from my doctor in the packets smell terrible, but the ones from the pharmacy have no smell or taste.
