Are you an obese fatty? If so, then develop some self control and take charge of your food intake. Don't allow your illness to become an excuse to gorge yourself on disgusting high calorie fatty-fuel. If you're not an obese fatty, then the same rule applies, but good on you for not being a tub of lard.
Please put a curb on your distasteful hatred of fat.
Nothing wrong with overweight people, not even from the so-called health point of view. There's enough studies to confirm that overweight people fare no worse - better off in some cases - than normal weight people in terms of mortality and illness rates. Meanwhile, being underweight has as poor prospects as being morbidly obese - note, not just obese, morbdily obese, so BMI of 35 or higher.
PS: Studies have also failed to show that overweight people do, in fact, eat more than normal weight people.
