be careful with this book. i belive there is some intelligent information in this book presented about
HOW to eat, but th einformation about
what to eat is his personal bias-all vegan raw foods.
there is a food combining chart that i consider useful.
i followed the diet for a little over a month.
I lost over 50 pounds (i was a skinny guy to begin with) and felt terrible. My smymtoms got much worse and i was following his book 100%.
A possible reason could be that i made the diet transition too fast.
all in all i don think it is nessecary to buy this book. there is no "secret" inside. he jsut says to eat all natural vegan raw fruits and vegetables. if you want to learn about food combining, google can tell you all you need to know.
