I have been feeling flu like since Fri night does anyone think I should be concerned.....im on a double dose remicade last injection was Jan 12.

I have been having a similar issue. January 29th was my second Remicade infusion and two days later I felt like I was hit by a truck. Since then I have been dealing with a high fever, sore throat, extreme fatigue, frequent, urgent, watery D and no appetite. On Friday my doc told me lots of fluids and rest and to let him know Monday how I am, but I have been quite concerned.

I wouldn't be worried about a little bit of flu like symptoms, although I don't suggest ignoring them. Take vit c etc if it gets worse or persists I'd get it checked out though.

I'd definitely be concerned if it's like what UCwhat is going through though.

Uc-logic~ I am concerned for sure :( I will write my doc tonight and hope he gets back to me first thing in the morning. Today has been a tiny bit better.....

Jan 12 us a while back. If it goes any longer than normal is when you should worry. But since you are on the remi the doc should know

Well, my doc didn't seem too worried about my mystery illness, which is still ongoing. He DOES think that the Remicade is not working for me and had me in for a flex sig today. Everything is worse....severe UC. He suggested I at least talk to a surgeon and my consult is tomorrow. WOW, what a whirlwhind.....
