anyone read "self healing colits and crohn's" by david klein?

Tried it. It worked for me but i found it very hard to stick too. Much harder than scd for me personnally.

Not atm... Would like to try it again cuz i have terrible acid reflux and it makes it go away in like two days

I guess because I'm getting better with the hydrocort enemas and I'm not convinced that cutting out whole grains (which are a significant part of my diet) is really going to help anything. Do you not eat any grains at all soystud? How about nuts?

Sorry for the late response. I actually eat more grains than I should lately. Sometimes they hard for me to digest, but lately they haven't caused any big problems.

Usually if is start to flare up at all, I cut down on oils and grains, and increase eating bananas.

I don't think fiber is as bad as people think it is. Just because some food comes out undigested doesn't necessarily mean the fiber is messing you up, just that you can't digest it well enough. Fiber helps me a bunch, especially soluble fiber. On the other hand, if you are flaring really bad I would cut down on really tough stuff like whole nuts, and raw veggies. Just give them a quick steam.
