I find psyllium seed powder bulks up my D but somewhat superficially. It hasnt really seemed to steadily improve things, but, I suppose it may be, just slowly. Ive never been too regular with it bec it takes like ass, and Ive always thought youre supposed to stagger it with meds, so it makes it less doable. Anyway, just slugged a bunch.
