CRP and the SED rate are a measure of inflammation. Before IBD my CRP was always below 1, but during my last flare it spiked thru the roof. Went down again when flare ended. Hopefully your CRP and SED will lower as you get your flare under control.
For old farts like me some of these readings could indicate a cardiovascular risk. But you are young so you have time to bring them to normal. Please take my comments with a grain of salt and please consult your doctor before doing anything, but IMO:
Your RBC might indicate that you are slightly anemic. Ask your doctor if you need to eat more iron-rich foods or perhaps he give you some iron supplements.
Vitamin D should be easy to fix. Just take some. Your doctor may give you prescript
ion for D2, if not over-the-counter D3 is easily available, if your doctor approves.
Your Omega-3 index is low. Consult with your doctor but taking fish oil should help. Omega-3 fish oil also lowers your high triglyceride reading. Please consult with your doctor but one of the best ways to lower triglycerides is to refrain from eating sugar and taking omega-3s.
Ask your doctor but I heard that multivitamins and omega-3s might help lower fibrinogen.
Your blood glucose level is normal, but it is normal only because your body is producing an enormous amount of insulin, and I am not sure how long your body can sustain that. I have no idea what your doctor will say.
Ask him about
taking a good multivitamin with micronutrients such as biotin, manganese, etc. to metabolize sugar. I have heard one of the best ways to make insulin more efficient is to also supplement with chromium picolinate, but please, please, please do not do anything without speaking with your doctor first.
Your signature indicates several chronic conditions such as kidney disease and I have no idea if or how any of these supplements will affect your condition. Or if any of these supplements will interact with your meds. Please be careful. I don't care if I poison myself but would feel terrible if someone were hurt by these recommendations.
