Probiotics are good for your gut, as you know.
But anytime you change anything, diet (and you said you just started scd), add another supplement, etc... it will make a change in your bm.
IMO, you need something to handle the urgency.
How about trying slippery elm powder?
But I don't know if its normal or not. Its like when I used to go to school way before having colitis I would wake up in the morning and the thought of going to school made me need to go toliet.
Its like sometimes you need to go wee's because you get really excited about
some thing.
I'm not sure if it happens to the average person.
Literally the only times I get it is when I go on the computer.
