where are my fellow LDN users?

Just checking in. It's been so long I don't see an LDN thread any more! I am still feeling better than ever. Walking 5 miles a day and joined a gym. Taking advantage of every minute I have without flaring.

Going for a colonoscopy next Tuesday. What are the chances it will disrupt things? I hope none but its been 3 years since my last I can't remember.

I feel wonderful. Walking at least five miles a day and going to the gym several days a week. I spent three years in the house so I'm living it up now. I know it can all end at any given time. I was on the verge of surgery when I tried the LDN.

I've been so busy with life so I haven't been on here much. I will be stuck around the house after next week because we are adding a new Boxer puppy which will make 3. Hopefully, I will be able to catch up on here while in raising my furry boy! Lol.

Colonoscopy next week has me worried. Afraid it will set me off :(

maybe it was just luck then. I feel great and I am thankful.

I know from what I have read it works for some and not others. I am giving it a shot as I am in the UK and the NHS wont fund remicade for colitis past 3 treatments so whats the point. I am stuck on pred but can do well on low dose which is still not ideal cos its pred.

My ldn rx is on its way will arrive any day now. Will keep you guys posted. Trying to stay positive whilst not getting over excited. Time will tell.....
