Steak is good, but it's not bacon! :) a girl around here who makes cakes for people made a bacon flavored cake with bacon icing.

Can't do steak or even sausages. Still find most meat revolting. Can tolerate chicken and sometimes a bit of salami but I'm all about the bacon. Basically I bacon is my main (almost only) source of animal protein on paleo and I feel great.
Soy - sounds like a lovely break with your family. How did your son do in the ocean? Hope to get my kids to the ocean one day and I hope it doesn't take 15 years.

it was my first time at the beach with him ! so it was fun for both of us - he's in an adaptive/handicap stroller so i just wheeled him out in the water while my wife went into cardiac arrest - but once she realized that death was probably not gonna happen, the camera came out !

so ya, we all had a great time - and who wouldn't with b&b weekend !

(beach & bacon ....mmmmmmm)

Mmm.......Bacon! Whether it be in Egg Muffins, Carbonara or just on it's own, it truly is something hard to live without.
