Yes, I had the same problem and had to switch to sublingual LDN troches.
It seems some people (myself included) develope an allergy to the oil base in the cream ( Emu or other), and therefore develop hives, red itchy, etc... at application site.
Don't let anyone tell you that you've become allergic to the LDN, it's just an allergy to the oil base in the cream.
