thankyou every one for your response. i wasnt knowing anything regarding diet change until i registered healingwell.com. after reading lot of posts i thought of giving it a try. but different people have different ideas. i started gluten free, sugar free diet before 15 days. dairy free since 2009.some people say rice isnt good, but rice being my staple food ,i eat it twice. even im confused about curd, flour, egg ...
If you are flaring, spicy hot indian food should be off the table. This means red chilli powder, green chillies and its like which are spicy hot and inflammatory. Other spicy curry powders are also not good. Although good herbs/spices like coriander, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, mustard seeds, cloves, mint, dill, etc are cooling spices and can aid your diet.
Bread made of processed refined white flour should be avoided. Indian naan falls in this category. You can research what other foods you eat contain this.
Rice is fine. There is a minuscule minority that have problems with it. But most dont.
You mention dairy free but looks like you mention yogurt(curd). If you can tolerate yogurt, good on you!
People have had success with various diets like SCD, Paleo, FODMAPS, etc.
Since you are in India, have you tried alternate ayurvedic diet/herbs?
I have supplemented a few ayurvedic medicines on top of my 5ASAs. If you don't mind which part of India are you from?
