RMushrooms and me get along just fine. I usually get a large package of them form the food warehouse and use them sauteed while on chicken of and meat. They have Vitamin B2(riboflavin),B3(niacin),B5 (pantothenic),B7(biotin) B12 and vit D vitamins also. I have to get some I have been slackin!
