found this super cool article about bee propolis. i didnt know all the smart stuff it can do! i have a newfound love of bees. Even thinking about shoving some up my butt- the propolis, not the actual bees. That might hurt but maybe somedude can test that theory.

Have you ever noticed my sig? I'm like the queen of bee propolis around these parts don't cha know LOL! That said, I've never considered shoving it up my butt, but with my large perianal crohn's skin tags, I'm not thrilled about having to do rectal meds when needed (I do them, but it fricken hurts).

i'm not serious about shoving it up my butt haha but i would take it orally.

how long have you been taking it pb4? i've seen it at the health food store by the manuka honey.

I've been looking at propolis along with royal jelly. They provide needed precursors to the methylation cycle. It's intriguing.

I think it was around 2005 when I started...my GI okayed it too cuz he said it was 100% non-toxic so there's no build up of it in your system. I noticed the most significant improvements with it compared to all the other things listed in my sig, including probiotics. The bee propolis knocked my daily BM's in half after the first 2 days (was going 30+ times a day before I started with lots of bleeding and mucous) it also stopped all the bleeding in it's tracks.

Of course what works for some doesn't work for all and I started with the drops before moving onto the caps and the drops taste horrible, has to be diluted with juice cuz it's thick too.

I like most that it's an antibiotic. i'm still trying to get rid of my c diff and I just have so much bleeding. I feel so helpless right now!! I ordered iodine and plan on doing iodine enemas (kills c diff spores). if that doesn't work, i'll try the bee propolis.

I think they make a suppository with propolis. I was looking into them recently..Seriously!

Oh heck I just ordered 2 10 packs of them. Maybe they will stop the little bit of rectal b I have left. I guess I can give it the HW trial..

gosh, i'm kinda sad that i don't have a reason to use them - guess i could give them a test drive just in case of future needs :-)
