so what is the rest of your life like ? do you work, go to school, hang out at the beach ? if you can get out of the house to walk to the bakery, seems like you're doing ok - how is this binging thing harming you ?
Good question, didn't post enough information.
I'm in school, my life is pretty normal, symptoms are under control about
2bm's a day, number 6 on the bristol chart (which is what i'm trying to improve), no blood or mucus - It's my hope that this continues after I go off Uceris. For that reason, i'm trying to start the SCD again or at least a gluten-free diet, hence gluten bingeing isn't supposed to be part of my plan.

How much are you eating during the day, and how often.
First, thanks for the sound advice, I'm sure it will help the situtaion. to answer your question:
I eat 3 meals, breakfast is usually a banana and rice cakes with a nut butter, (cashew, almond or peanut) applesauce, I often sleep in so it's not hard to get to lunch. Lunch is fish either salmon, tilapia, tuna or sea bass with an avocado. Dinner is butternut squash soup with chicken and rice pasta or vegetables. I do some juicing and smoothies which i drink during the day. Ideally i would like to have an evening snack (instead of the binge) of rice cakes and some nut butter or avocado.
Now that i'm writing this up, i'm thinking that perhaps this is malnourishment? I also work out most day 45/elliptical 10-15 weights, so that eats up some calories.
Thanks for everyone's advice
