Usually after the morning poop, I'm back where I should be. I am eating pretty much whatever I want thanks to the Pred, but, I don't do junk food. I do eat homemade cookies and sweets, but nothing artificial is I them.
I avoid processed and stuff with high fructose corn syrup. Normally, breakfast is a scrambled egg and muffin. Lunch lately has been fruit. Dinner is a piece of grilled or roasted meat (chicken/beef/fish),with rice or salad. Of course I do partake of the piece of cake or other goodie as justification for the glass of milk I drink nightly.
I do tend to eat the bulk of my diet between 7 pm and bedtime so that's probably the reason I bloat.
