So 5l MTHF is teh one rather than Floic acid to ensure best absorption?
And hydroxocobalamin as the B12 to use if you have mercury issues? Which I probably do.
As I understand it that form of B12 can only be administered via injection. Is that right?
yup, l-methyltetrahydrofolate is the active form.. stay away from folic.
you can by hydroxocobalamin on amazon in pill form, I think you can buy drops too
